Meal replacement thoughts on this product

I do yes, mostly fish. I do like the occasional steak or chicken. And of course my toasted coconut flavor whey protein lol

Going back to your original question:

What does it do to your blood glucose, when you have a portion mixed up as the instructions say?
And is that how you normally take it?

Some people (me!) experience a disproportionate rise in blood glucose when taking whey. Others tolerate it OK.
You need to work out what reaction your body has, and then check occasionally to see if your tolerance has changed.

Personally, no, I wouldn't take it. But I don't have your other health issues, and sometimes a good compromise is the best we can do. So if it works for you, and you are happy taking it, then go for it.

Good point @Brunneria TBH until now silly me wasn't thinking about that which I should of though! When if I need to try again I will monitor my BSL see the outcomes.

I have tried once with FF creamy milk but gave me a gurgling stomach and another time using almond milk which is what I will do next time.
