I do not have that much time daily, has thought about buying some meal replacement products.

is there anyone of you know any good products that work

I've looked at the following websites

http://www.slimfast.co.uk

Hi, and welcone!

Go to the search facility on the Board Index and search for 'Newcastle Diet'. There's a current thread, too, called something like 'Starting the Newcastle Diet on . . .', started by Geordie. It will appear on the 'New Posts' list almost every day.

It's an 8-week, very low calorie diet using one of the meal replacement brands plus a good amount of vegetables. It seems to work very well for both weight loss and blood glucose levels, if you can stay the course. It's very restricted.

I tried it for about 10 days with Slimfast, and it certainly works for the weight. Then I bought a cooked chicken and rent it limb from limb - I needed something to chew! so I went back to Atkins. One meal replacement has more carbs than I normally eat in a day, so I mixed mine with water instead of milk. They were okay.

It's worth checking with your GP before starting such a low calorie diet, particularly if you have other health problems.

Hope this helps

I have ordered the Atkins meal replacement shakes. 3g carbs each. I will only replace one meal initially to see how I get on. They are expensive, but for me, I can't put a price on good health.
