Hi All
From your experience, is there better times to eat to help reduce symptoms and am I better to exercise before my evening meal or after it to help reduce blood sugar levels, or doesn't it have much of a bearing?
Any advice or guidance will inform me, as i have no knowledge at this time. Thank you in advance

Personally I think that the best time to eat is when you are hungry.
Your other question about exercise is tricky because as with everything we are all individuals with different metabolisms and different responses to food and exercise. It goes without saying that all exercise is beneficial for your health and fitness but if you're goal is to just reduce glucose levels. Personally I find that something like gentle walking will reduce my levels and I quite often go for 30min walk if my levels are higher than I'm comfortable with. On the other hand anything more energetic can have the opposite effect. The only way to know for sure how you react is to test before and after.

I find it easiest to eat twice a day. My first meal will usually be between 1 and 2pm, and a maximum 10g carbs. My second at 8pm ideally no more than 30-40g carbs.

I’m one of those people who sees a blood sugar rise with any exercise except gentle swimming or yoga. It doesn’t seem to matter when I exercise.

to find out what works for you test with a meter (before a meal and 2 hours after and see how high the spike is. Aim for a max of 2 difference), then adjust the meal next time if you need to.

Have your exercise after your carbiest meal of the day.
Mine tends to be dinner then it's time to walk the dog.
