Hi, I’m really trying to get a control of my diabetes, my problem is I have a big appetite and a sweet tooth! I have a rare type of genetic diabetes and take gliclazide medication. I’m after inspiration for snacks really, that won’t spike my blood sugar, it can be tricky finding the right balance other than feeling like Im starving myself I’m not sure what to do. Thanks
