Anybody else seen any interesting media articles... (I'm not plugging media or foods) just love looking at articles.....(just been banned by Telegraph online for trying to go over my 20 articles a month!!)
 
Haven't read the articles but some would say cooking reduces the nutritional value of evoo, but lesser grades can be cooked with as long as you don't over heart them. evoo also smokes if you overheat it with the sugars in it.

I tend only to use evoo and cold pressed rapeseed oil in dressings
