I. picked this up on another forum, but thought it could be useful to post here, primarily for pumper, and maybe nervy CGM/Libre users.

I wouldn't have helped my last Sunday in Heathrow where I was frisked within an inch of my being, including inside my waistband (nothing,.... erm,..... "intrusive").

She was fixate by a rib. It's an ordinary rib. It's a bit wonky from a skiing accident eons ago, but I'm not misshapen in anyway. I even asked if it would help if I opened a button or two of my shirt so that she could see. Not interested.

I could develop a complex!
 
My husband has a pace maker and metallic aortic valve which he has cards for however nobody has ever asked to see them when he tells them he can’t go through scanners.

Anything to make life easier is a good idea. I'm always searched because of my Oxinium knee joints, luckily the Freestyle Libre has never been questioned, they seem to be well aware of what a CGM is (I also use a Mioaioa), or maybe they don't want to ask too many questions LOL.
