Thank you all again for your great advice, she did give me a blood testing machine 4sure which I use the app which then sends her my blood readings by email automatically, this is my day typically

Mornings, 9, then through the day between 6-9, occasionally it has gone up to 10 if I’ve felt stressed. I’ve had gestational diabetes in 2015&2018 so I’m used to testing and have used insulin before. I was allergic to the regular metformin and came up in a terrible rash after the birth of my daughter in 2018, so I was stopped on that, given a 12month gap as I was breastfeeding, then September 2019 was when I was given the sukkarto. But my low carb has been started strictly from February 2021, and I can see it’s making a difference.

With the exercising I’ve been told it will make my muscles weigh more, so on the BMI chart it may still be higher then they like? As I’ve gone down a dress size too, but as they aren’t doing face to face appointments she only has my word for it when I tell her.
