Medication

Diagnosed Sept 2008, appointment with nurse a few weeks later, another appointment with nurse early November. Was told no medication needed for now, levels averaging in 7s. Do not like taking medication for anything. If she suggest medication should I try and put it off by trying to control my diet or accept the fact that I need to go on medication?

It's up to you ,Broads.If you levels are below 7 and you think you can control it with diet ,carry on.Metformin will take your levels down another 1.5 apparently ,that is all.But....for your health's sake ,if your levels are above 7 take the medication!!!
