Now back to the Metformin 500mg I have been on these since Jan this year, started 1 daily for first week then increased to 2 second week. Started with a reading of 19.3 now into single numbers mainly 5s and 6s. lost almost 1and a half stone. On the LCHF diet, I do eat the Lidl high protein rolls and Burgen Linseed and Soya bread in moderation.
