Medtronic 770G Basal Function is Grey and Not Usable

Hello everyone,
I’m a new user of Medtronic 770G. I’m trying to setup Basal rate now. However, in the main manual, the Basal function is grey and not setup-able. Could anyone kindly let me know the reason? Thank you.

Hi. Assuming you know your Basal rates, I think it might be best if you can contact Medtronic Tech Support.

Basal rate options are not available when SmartGuard is actived (on). Please, switch it off.
