Hi
I have had type 1 diabetes for 42 years. I’m on my 3rd Medtronic pump and find it do much easier to maintain and balanced life with the pump.
I have just had a 6 day trial of the CGM system and have taken the decision to self fund it for a year.
Any advice on siting the transmitters on legs? I’ve seen they advise bottom, lower back and stomach. I’ve found that stomach and lower back seems to always rub against either skirt or trouser waistline area and the sticky pads attract fluff and lose their adhesive.
Can anyone advise if legs are a good place to site the transmitter?

Hello @TESTAROSSA and welcome to the forum I use the Libre sensor and position this on the back of my arm, I wouldn't consider legs for fear of knocking the thing off, I'm also not sure legs have sufficient fat for a sensor hence the guidance on tum, bum and lower back.

Always place my medtronic guardian connect on cheeks of bum. Go lovely under knickers and the glue strips are good. Never had one fall off or get caught on clothing.. never wear anywhere else.
