Evening all,

I am looking for assistance with 780g + Guardian sensor 4

I’ve had it since May/June this year and so far I’m loving it. I had an appointment with a diabetic consultant the other day via video call as a pre pregnancy appointment and she asked me how I knew how to upload my data to the the Medtronic cloud, when I said no she told me to find out for the next appointment ‍ with no further assistance. I’ve tried googling it but it’s not very clear…..

Could anyone assist with this? I’m loathed to have to phone Medtronic as I’m not good with taking directions over the phone

The link above is the one you need. It is reasonably easy to use. I had a Medtronic pump for a while and managed to download data fairly easy
