Medtronic pump app not showing corrected blood reading

I have a Medtronic 780G & use Guardian 4 sensors and often my Guardian 4 says I am low (eg 3.3) but when I do a blood test it is 6.5 so fine. I put this info into my pump but it, and the app still show the old, wrong reading.

Are you on an upwards trend when the G4 indicates a low, contrary to the higher blood test?
If so, it could simply be the 10/15 mins time lag between the G4 (Interstitial) reading and your blood test. The same can also happen in reverse.

If the G4 persistently indicates a significant difference then that may suggest a faulty sensor.
