Infrequently post on this forum, but find myself coming back to it.
I was wondering how everyone is feeling? Whether that be with diabetes or in general life.
I find that mental health and diabetes is often overlooked outside the general (burnout / unstable sugars) and there's a real lack of support or understanding
Please share any advice you may have or things that have personally helped
