I was put on metformin and my memory went over night. Making silly mistakes at work and couldn't remember anything. I went to gp and medication has now been changed to slow release. Memory not as good as it was before medication but miles better than it was.

You have information overload. Your brain can only handle so much before it goes wrong. What you need is to take a holiday. One that sees you turning off all devices, No emails, no FB, no texting, Just get back to basics. When I get fuzzy head I book a holiday. After a week I feel a bit more refreshed and less muddled.
