Can you set alarms on a mobile phone? Choose a really annoying tone then you may find that you gradually pre empt it.

I could do but another problem is I can sleep for like 12 hours plus and even when I set alams I don't hear them even when they on loud sound. It's really is getting to annoying sleeping to long per day even when sleep that long I so tired in the hours I'm up for as well.
I going see Dr next week about theses but I not sure what could be making me like this.
I know I have a lot of problems with my body right now and lack of food but don't think that could cause this can it

Being deficient in some vitamins can cause short term memory loss, such as B12 for example. There are a few others. Thyroid levels can also do it. Poor sleep quality. A lucky dip of possibilities.

Interesting that you should mention that. After 10 years of wondering why I couldn't lose weight and why my memory was so bad I have recently consulted a GP privately who ran a series of blood tests. Guess what? Under active thyroid.

@DavidGrahamJones , Yes, I'm getting my thyroid levels and a few other things all related to short term memory, including b12 tested in a few days.

My short term memory has been bad, so given a request form to check various levels, folate is another. I can say my memory has improved a great deal since taking a 1000mg b12 supplement that dissolves under the tongue. I have no idea if that has anything to do with my memory improving and I can't say one way or the other, but interested to see the results in a week. My sleep is pretty bad.
