I am trying to lose some weight and have finally decided to take heed of the advice given and reduce my carbs more than what I currently have done in the past.
Could someone just check my menu over for today and see that I'm not doing anything to wrong? I think I might have tweaked it, but just wanted to be sure.

B'fast - Homemade muesli with 10g oats, 2 tbsp mixed nuts, 1tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1tbsp sunflower seeds mixed with some natural yogurt.
Snack - celery stick with laughing cow light cheese spread
Lunch - Chicken and Cheddar Cheese salad with 1 tbsp of tesco finest coleslaw(lowest carbs I could find 5g per 100g), an apple
Snack - 10 almonds
Dinner - Piece of cod roasted with lots of vegetables
Snack - Babybel and an oatcake
Exercise - 45 mins gym work and 30 mins swimming
