Yesterday I started the diet doctor 2 week challenge so today:
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with ham
Lunch: Burger in lettuce "bun" with salsa
Dinner: Some kind of chicken (can't remember what!) with spinach
 
BF. Lettuce wrap with turkey mustard mayo
L. 2 homemade turkey meatball 1/2 avocado/ guac
D chicken salad lettuce wrap. Mayo. Celery small piece of carrot.
