Happy Christmas everyone.
I sort of 'fell off the trolly' today with regard to my diet.
Got a replacement bike from Santa so tomorrow I'll be on my bike on the tow path.

Just checked my BS .. 7.5 ... och weel thats what honey roast ham, roast potatoes in goose fat, pigs in blankets, roast carrots & parsnip, sprouts broccilli , apple sauce, pud with brandy and cream and a couple of sherrys does ..
