Type 2 Meter differences

My readings lately have been in th 8.3 area so I double checked with an old one, both accuchek.
One reading accu chek performa was 7.9
The other accu check aviva was 5.1
How do I check which is correct, the last couple of weeks has been worrying. Help!!

Your meter manufacturer can supply a test fluid. Your supposed to do it quite often, although I have only done it once

To go your local chemist, with your meter, ask them to do a BG test and using the same drop of blood test it with your meter, then compare the results.
