Hi There,
Been searching the internet for anyone who can provide me with an accurate Meter Reading Chart.
My Mum has Type 2 Diabetes and has recently acquired a home diabetes testing meter. However, there is no chart with this meter to say what is a good reading and what is a bad reading, so we have no idea whether her reading is high or low.
She is recovering from a Stroke and has just been released from Hospital after spending a week in intensive care for dehydration and low blood pressure.
I have just taken her blood meter reading and it was 20.4. I took it again and it was 19.8. Now, are these high readings, coz a lot of people on here are registering readings of 4 and below.
Please help. I am really at a loss of what to do.
If you can give me a table that I can print off with required levels to be within I can make sure that she stays within those guidelines.
