Metformin 500mg twice a day forxiga 10mg once a day

In the last week have felt weird muzzy head feeling sick heart rate higher than usual. Started drinking alot more water. I'm on LCHF and my blood readings are between 4.9 and 7.5. Any ideas why I might feel so rough??
 
Carb flu if you just started it (LCHF),,, if not maybe a bug going round....
