Metformin and Multovitamins with Omega 3/6

Hi,
I have pre diabetes and am on metformin.
I am trying for a baby therefore is it ok to take metformin with multivitamins and omega tablets for pregnancy

Reading a book by Jack Challen about Prediabetes.

He was recommending Chromium, zinc and Magnesium if levels are low.

But yeah ask your doc!
