Metformin Been Added .

Hi ,

So very recently I have been put onto metformin as I’m insulin resistant and having a lot of insulin .
I’ve been on just insulin for 18 years so adding this in the last few weeks is very new .
For those of you who are on it , did you notice a difference with insulin requirements ?
Did you end up taking less ? Did it work for the best for you , I’m just curious to see what others think of it and what it did for you .

I am insulin resistant and have been on 2g of Metformin daily. I have found i'm injecting less Insulin. My consultant says for my body weight I use less Insulin. If I miss a dose of Metformin I do notice
