Metformin question (again)

Works very well at doing that.My hba1c was 5.4 and that's eating biscuits and chocolates.So maybe I will do the same on a stricter diet.
I bought some banting muffins and cookies very low carb a bit high fat so will change to that. will talk to the doctor.If I stopmetformin my stomach swells abit.I think it blocks quite a lot of carbs too.

Metformin works in the gut and intestines. It soften things up so breakdown (enzymes) can work more efficiently. That's why stomach tissue is soften in its use. I find a huge aid even psychologically. I feel lighter and less cumbersome.
