Metformin Slow Release

I have just changed medication from metformin to metformin slow release, there is such a difference in size i didn't know whether to swallow the new tablet or use it as a suppository. Hahaha, happy Tuesday folks.
 
Whatever you do, don't choose the wrong route!!

Here's hoping tomorrow is just as happy.
