My GP told me to take 2 1000mg tablets one after breakfast and one after tea/dinner.  I have had a few bouts of nausea but they have now subsided and so far no upset stomach!!! Phew!! Maybe it would work for others to spread the tablets out during the day rather than taking them all at once - good luck.</p></blockquote><p></p>
