Hi attended diabetes clinic at the hospital for first time after my doctor referred me as my insulin was not working was high around 25 to 28, nurse at hospital told me to inject in a different place which is fine but also told me to up my metformin from 2 to 3 and now I have stomach ache when trying to wee, only trickle each time now had bad stomach couple times should this subside or should I go to doctors

Let your doctor know first thing - but if the pain gets worse contact 111 straight away.

Please don't ignore it if you can't wee. My hubby is still suffering the effects of urine retention and even after 3 months, he still has a catheter.
