Miao Miao without smatwatch?

I have an iPhone (6s) and I would like to buy a smartwatch that can connect directly to miao miao without the need of the smartphone allways in between.

If posible , I would like to use the same smartwatch to connect to the iphone and use its sport/health/tracking features.

Which is the best smartwatch option to achieve this?
Is it possible?

Hi. You can with a app called xdrip. You can send the data to a phone, phone and watch, or just the watch. I think any Android Wear with Bluetooth will work. I don't know about Apple watches.
