Microcirculation is the circulation of the blood in the smallest blood vessels, present in the vasculature embedded within organ tissues. This contrasts with macrocirculation, which is the circulation of blood to and from the organs.
I'm not aware of it being a therapy as such unless you mean improving microcirculation to improve health. I suggest Googling, there seems to be several articles to read including https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/20140917011514-1289552-what-is-microcirculation-9-ways-to-improve-it.
