    Hello everyone

Newly diagnosed T2 and have raised liver enzymes due to other medications as well as being a little overweight (hence T2 as well)

On my road to a better life style - could I take Milk Thistle to assist with my fatty liver/etc?

I have read that special caution must be observed with diabetics using Milk Thistle then some other articles say its great.

Does anyone have experience with this? Is it ok?

Your experiences and knowledge would be gratefully appreciated.
