Can anyone advise me, I have begun being sick (curdled milk) instantly after drinking milk, is this anything to do with my type 2 diabetes or something else completely?

are you maybe lactose intolerant ? I have no idea other than that suggestion. I f I were you I would get that checked out and also maybe try goat milk or a plant based milk sub ?

Are you any medication? Have you made any diet or other changes recently?
