Help....how on earth do I take the clip off the back of the pump so I can replace the battery and I can't take it off!! Oh and I don't want to break it!!

Try looking in your manual and if all else fails ring Medtronic help line.

it slides, you need to pull the bit behind the top of the clip towards you (a tiny little oblong that sticks out) to unlock it and then it just slides up. Hope this makes sense, I found it difficult at first too but since I don't wear the clip during the day and I do at night mine is on and off all the time,

fairylights is right that's how it is done. another way is to use a 1p coin to undo it. ( not recommended by Meditronic) but it dose work.

I do what @fairylights says but sometimes I have to push up from the slider part at the same time, otherwise it won't move.

It is a bit tricky until you get the hang of it! You squeeze the top part together and pull the clip straight up and off. Hope that makes sense?
