Hello

Does anyone use this pump and cgm??? I am having problems with my pump connecting to the sensor/transmitter....it is fully charged and the transmitter blinked when it connected to the sensor, so why can't the pump find the transmitter or sensor?? If I can't get it to connect I will ring medtronic later!!


Any help will be appreciated thankyou xx
 
Hi Nicola - I would suggest calling Medtronic direct as soon as you get a chance, their helpline is 01923205167, good luck ;)

Not to worry I got it working now just repaired the devices again.....knew I would get it working as soon as I posted on here haha!
