If I was to under calculate carb/insulin ratio. Then 2 hours after lunch bg level 20, would it keep going up?
The reason I ask is daughter ate out today so bit difficult to calculate the doorstep sandwich she had. two hours later level 20. So she skipped afternoon snack and is now 26.The same thing happened last week but I know I got insulin ration right. Level started at 17 and went up all afternoon until she ended up in hospital at level 33. This caused her epilepse to kick in and the trembling as described in previous postes to last 4 hours. Any ideas?
