Misophonia

Any one suffer from Misophonia ? I sit opposite a colleague who has had a cold since August. Every few minutes there is a loud snorting noise, which drives me nuts. I wear headphones and listen to music but they don't keep the noise out :-(

If I feel I confront him it will inventibly lead to a fall out and possibly it's a medical condition. Not sure what to do , driving me crazy!

Hi, have you had a diagnosis of this? It rarely is attached to one instance with one person. Regarding them, can you not choose a time when you are not stressing about the noise and ask them how they are? Could be one of a number of problems resulting from the cold including polyps or even a nervous tic that they be unable to control or not even aware of.
