Hi all I've had a really busy day today and I forgot to eat lunch and to take my metformin it's nearly tea time now so going to eat in a bit I only take two tablets a day for now one in the morning ing and the dinner one can I take the dinner one with my tea or is it best to skip it now?

Missing a Metformin will not do you any harm. They accumulate in your body. I would just forget about it and take your next one when it is due.
