Missed lunch

Late lunch feel **** shaking anxious!!
Not had this feeling before!! No sat having my lunch of chicken drumsticks and a scotch egg
hopefully feel better in a little while!!

Have you got a blood glucose meter to test your blood glucose level when you feel like this?
Could be a hypo, a false hypo, or something else.
So always good to get a test done and see where your level is.

Hi thanks for reply I’ve had some now and feel a bit better already !!
Not got tester with me but understanding the need for it at a time like that!! A strange feeling fully aware of surroundings and what’s going on but feeling as though floating or under threat running on adrenaline!! If that makes any sense
