Missed meds

I missed taking my meds (Glucophage XR 500mg) last night, and still recorded a fasting level of 5.5 this morning. Anyone else notice this?
 
Since it takes weeks to months for glucophage (metformin) to have an improved blood sugar effect, missing one pill won't have much of an effect in the other direction. :pompous:
