Hello everyone, this is only my second POST, so hope the message reaches you all?

Some love bread, some dont, some depending on their tolerance levels and/or individual diabetes 2 or pre diabetes situation may be able to eat or not?

Whatever, for those bread lovers out there, who wish to indulge now and again, its always the case, isnt it, what you cant have you want more? well, hopefully by sharing the keto low carb breads and especially the seed crackers will offer you a solution overall, I have tried all the recipes and work excellent well in particular the keto low carb mediterranean flat bread, do a big batch, just double or triple the quantities as you desire, when cooked freeze them, for breakie, to add avoc or toms, take one out pop it in the toaster to crispen outside, really delicious is the...

the seed crackers to die for, so delicious even my friends who are not diabetic and can eat bread everyday have pinched this recipe and love it........

So if of interest or use to anyone out there, off you go and happy cooking in the kitchen, thank you keto low carb bread and www.dietdoctor.com for giving us so many fabulous recipes to explore and try.

Oh and popped in wonderful low carb dessert that can be also used as icecream, to share with you, just put it in the freezer for 1 hour so you have one dessert in two for the children or adults alike, for those special occasions, birthdays anniversaries which may be helpful to you if wondering what to make without feeling guilty? not for everyday, but special occasions only. Enjoy.

Thank you kindly, its a day of learning today, being an a retired lawyer from Australia, used to legal jargon, but these forums a different thing and its taking time to work it all out, you all seem to know how to add, this and that, with the greatest of ease, so forum jargon and legal are without very different situations Tee Hee...now I get it, its sunk in, there is a difference between a post and thread, so my post so, my replies to ones threads? are viewed as posts Yes? an if I want to give info, put a question, ask for help, give shared info as within, on the kitchen and eating, these are threads?

Truly, I did not know the difference of how the two were viewed, so do thank you for your help pointing in the right direction.

Have a nice evening from Mallorca.

Thanks for a great post with lots of useful info and links.

I don't know if "beloved" is how I'd now describe bread, though. Bread, along with crackers and potato chips, were my crack cocaine when I was in my carb addict phase. "Fatal attraction" might be closer to it.
