Missing Reader, Libre Could Be Obtained, Don't know what hospital would do if one's obtained

Hi.
We received a letter stating the appointment details from 18th April and it said about obtaining a funded Freestyle Libre. My sugars have been a bit high and I will need bandages I had them when they weren't on the NHS. Funding was acquired and my hospital thinks I would qualify and exploring how to get them funded. I have lost my Freestyle Libre reader at my school near the car park but on the path waiting for my taxi and my bag was unlocked - I have a bad habit - and I dropped it, it has broken, that is the moment I lost my reader. Now if one is obtained for me, what would the hospital do as they know my Libre reader is gone? It is still a mystery but I don;t really care as it is somewhere where only it knows.

I would just ask them. Should they not supply you could just use your smart phone if you have one. What do bandages have to do with it?

I use tegaderm. A 10x10cm patch usually keeps for 2 weeks

The trouble is, if I have to use my smartphone, I’d have to look into getting one with NFC.

Every 2 years and keep upgrading every 2 years as per contract rules. I’m with iD. If I have to use my phone I might have to change my phone decision unless my chosen one has nfc.
