Hi there, can anyone give me advice on , not taking my Novarapid if not hungry,

As long as basal is correct, you should be able to miss a meal, hence not need any nova rapid. If feeling unwell, keep a closer eye on levels, can raise due to illness and MAY require correction doses. Also, if going a long time without food/nova, may go too low from basal only.

Yes I meant I have a dodgy tum, don't feel like eating, so thanks, Diabell,

If you've got a dodgy stomach you may still need to take Novorapid to correct your bg if it begins to rise, just keep checking as illness can push bg levels up as we all know.

Thanks Noblehead, haven't done a correction dose before, is it 1 unit of Novarapid to bring it down by 1-2 ml
