Ive used the carbzone ones via Ocado - they were okish but several time came with all the wraps stuck together. Not that keen on the texture either - v hard if heated at all, a bit stcky when coldan impossible to seperate.
I prefer Josephs pittas / wraps - particularly mini pittas or 1/2 laavash wrap

You can get the Joseph's stuff on Avidlite too

Haven't compared it to Amazon prices but I agree the lavlash is really tasty (and convenient being rectangular)

@Kristin251 and @maglil55 here's the reading I only eat one bacon and cheese wrap as my partner grabbed the other one.

I've had mission ones which tasted far better than another make of coconut wrap, by far. Both courtesy of amazon!

Look interesting, but I'm with the poster who said that they are not low carb.

These are (11.3 * 100 / 48) = 23.5 grams of carbohydrate per 100 grams.

Slightly less than the friendliest of low carb sliced breads which come in around 25 grams of carb per 100 grams, but way higher than the Lidl protein rolls.

If you can restrict yourself to one, then it doesn't have that many cars more than a Lidl roll. My problem usually is that I end up having more than one over the day and my carb count goes right up. I have tried having small potions of higher carb food on the principle that it still keeps me within the overall target for the day but that doesn't seem to work with my body.

I'm pretty sure Waitrose had a lower carb wrap some time ago, but see previous paragraph. :-(

Sounds good, Robbity! If you don't mind me asking, what is your sesame flour bread recipe? I know there are lots of low-carb bread recipes out there but quite a lot of them use coconut flour and I'm beginning to find the taste of that rather, um, bleargh.
This one is particularly bleargh!!!

They are low enough for me, that's what matters in "my" diet.

They have a bland taste, but the smoked bacon we get over powers that.
That’s why I have no problem ditching grains. Just think how much tastier that baco n would have been with melted cheese!

My client gave me some ground venison. I cooked it rare and crumbled it on a lettuce wrap and drizzled mustard and mayo on it. It was delish

I have never been a fan of venison, it goes back to the early days of my butchery days in one of the places I worked in the UK. The Lords & Lady Muckety Mucks used to bring deer carcasses in to the shop for us to break down and age it for them.

I like a savoury ground meat with peri peri sauce as a extra bitey taste in wraps, will be salad and cold meat today gunna make extra to stop food filching from my partner.
