I'm thinking of getting one of these magnet thingies that are supposed to help period pains. Any of you used one? Does it really help?
It's not that I get bad pains - more that I get mild ones and forget/don't bother to take anything. But by the end of the day it's worn me down and I wish I'd taken something. I'm thinking, unlike paracetamol, MN8 wouldn't wear off after 4 hours, just put it on and forget it.
The makers confirm its fine for diabetics to use. But whilst googling for their webiste I also found sites rubbishing them (and magnets in general), mostly because people can't explain how they work. That doesn't mean it doesn't work, after all bumble bees "shouldn't" be able to fly. Maybe MN8 is a case of not having found the reason yet.... but still I wonder if its quackery?
So I'm sitting on the fence at present... and it's getting uncomfortable up here on the fence!!! Look forward to hearing any experiences to help me decide.
