Hi, im hoping i can get some advice, i got diabetes when i was 14, my mum had diabetes but sadly died at 59, my daughter asdiabetes, we av genic blood tests which show we have mody, im on insulin and my daughter on tablets,when iwas young i always remenber complaining of muscle aches , tireness, pins and needles in hands and feet, i am feeling the same cannot sleep in pain everyday and very stiff in the mornings in which i have a job getting out of bed, ive had diabetes for 34 years, ive had a blood test and awaiting results, im not well and it is getting worse, anybody out there feel the same, any advice please, thanks
 
I have went through times when i have felt unwell due to the diabetes and it was all done to self infliction unfortunately......

after 34 years it wouldn't be a suprise that you have some complications by now..........from your post it sounds like neuropathy of some kind but the general feeling tired and unwell can be changed fairly quickly with a tightening of the blood glucose levels.

whats your control like generally..........

what insulin regime are you on?

have you settled in to a suitable diet over the years.......?
