Thank you for your replies I didn’t test again before bed, however did a fasting one this morning and it’s was 23.

Will keep monitoring and call dr if it stays at these levels.

I would be rather concerned by that reading and possibly just call nhs 24 at least for a little advice, make sure your drinking plenty of water to try and flush things out x

If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone there is an app included called S Health. This also lets you record your meals, count calories, monitor Blood Glucose, sleep, drink, stress, types of exercise etc.
