Can anyone offer help?
I am a 66 yrs young Type 2 diabetic who has recently stumbled upon the fact that it is possible to reverse diabetes..
My vision is the get my glucose level to a point where meds can be safely stopped.
Can anyone advise what that would be?
I am 24hrs into the above monitoring equipment and can set my ‘target’ within the settings.
Anyone able to offer advise?

not everyone can reverse it but you can try by losing a quiet god amount of weight. An uncle of mine about 10 years ago managed to reduce the amount of medication drastically and improved everything about his health by starting with a strong food regime and he lost almost 20kg back then. It is possible and I wish you all the best.

@scfu22uk I was diagnosed T2 at the end of January this year, my GP asked me to try to reverse it with diet first, I found an app called food on android phone and started to weigh the food i was eating following doing a mydesmond course for diabetes, we were told to try and stick to 90g of carbs a day, my last blood test results were back down to pre diabetic range, I have lost just over 16kg and feel so much better, if you haven't already done so ask your GP to refer you to a mydesmond course i found it helpful, although I have read on here that some didn't find it useful but we are all different, I wish you all the best in your journey to reverse your numbers.
