I think monitors and strips should be free for all diabetics on the NHS.
Those who use them do so because they take the condition seriously, and want to improve it in order to avoid complications.
The avoiding of said complications would allow the NHS to recoup the cost several times over.

If you are meaning the FreeStyle Libre then no not all T1s will get a free one only about 25% will qualify as to whether they should be available to all T1 or T2 or any of the manifold forms of diabetes then in an ideal world I would agree.
