can anyone please tell me if Monster Energy Drink, Absolutely Zero is ok to drink with type 2 please
 
Hi. It shouldn't affect your blood sugar which is good but it has some pretty weird things in it. In my view for what it's worth most of these products are unnecessary as you should be able to get all the energy you need from proteins and fats together with the lower level of carbs you have. If you go to the gym you can always have some more carbs before to provide more available energy (glucose) should you need it.
 
Probably not.. water is best .. fizzy if you want a sparkle along with tea and coffee.
Anything that comes manufactured is not going to do you any good and may end up doing you harm.
Some people react badly to some sweeteners and others are ok with them. If they create an insulin reaction then they're not good. Why run the risk?
 
Goodness. I've just looked it up on the Morrisons website. So many additives and weird ingredients, not to mention all that caffeine. Not for me at all.
