I started using but i find it easier to just write on a notepad on my phone then enter in app. What benefit does app gives instead of recording on a simple text file and then calculate average on a spread sheet

My Diabetes Journal app saves me double data entry first into a text file then into a spreadsheet.

Does, anyone have the following file formats? I just need the format, headers so I can convert my text file to that.
